What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts for military and seniors. We also often offer other seasonal promotions, just ask! We have amazing financing as well with instant approvals based on approved credit!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you've selected us we have an onsite meeting with your project manager to go over what the estimator and the customer have agreed upon. This is a second look to avoid future change orders and unexpected costs for our customers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are GAF Master Elite certified putting us in the top 2% of roofers in North America. We are Fiberon Certified as well, offering their exclusive line of options and tools.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Desired time frame for project completion is something to consider. Material costs are constantly changing. If you gather bids in January for a project you're hoping to have done in July, prices will change. You'll most likely have to go through the process of gathering bids all over again. We recommend gathering estimates within 2 months of desired project start.
